PACKING LIST

Clothes:

  • Rain jacket

  • Warm jacket

  • Warm layers 
    (long sleeves, pullovers)

  • Short sleeve shirts or tanks

  • Hiking pants

  • Comfortable, warm yoga clothes
    (pants and long sleeves)

  • Hiking boots
    be sure to have them worn in if buying new

  • Flip flops or sandals

  • Sneakers

  • Warm socks (bring extra)

  • Warm pajamas

  • Bathing suit (for hot tub)

  • Backpack for day hikes

  • Large water bottle or 2 small ones

  • Yoga mat (travel size is fine)

  • Yoga Block (optional)

  • Yoga Strap (optional)

 

Miscellaneous:

  • Journal + pen

  • Medication (if you take any)

  • Sunscreen

  • Arnica or muscle relief gel

  • Phone charger

  • Adaptor (Latin America)

  • Snacks for hikes (nuts / trail mix, granola/energy/protein bars)

  • Sunglasses

  • Money

  • Hat or cap for sun

  • Warm hat in case it’s cold

  • Gloves

3:00pm Shuttle pick-up at airport

5:00pm arrive at venue / settle in

6:30pm opening circle / light yin yoga

8:00pm dinner

 

​SATURDAY 3/1:

 

8:00-9:15am Morning Vinyasa Yoga / Meditation / Journaling

9:15-10:15am Breakfast

10:30am Leave for hike (lunch on trail)

Afternoon/Evening Spa / Brewery

8:00pm dinner

SUNDAY 3/2:

 

8:00-9:15am Morning Vinyasa Yoga / Meditation / Journaling

9:15-10:15am Breakfast

10:30am Optional adventure excursions / Spa / Massage / Hanging out on river beach

1:30-2:30pm Lunch at venue

4:00-5:15pm Yin Yoga / Meditation / Journaling
